Door Tech, a leading provider of high-quality doors and related products, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Glazing and Loading Associate to join our team in Lexington, NC.

As a Glazing and Loading Associate, you will play a key role in our manufacturing and warehouse operations by accurately glazing glass into door frames and safely preparing finished products for shipment. This is a part-time, piece-rate position with production quotas, where pay is based on output, speed, and quality.

Responsibilities:

Pick, organize, and transport glass and finished door units (up to 25–30 pieces per batch, weighing up to 25 lbs. each).
Apply glazing materials and ensure proper sealing and secure fit of glass components.
Inspect glass and assembled units for defects, alignment, and quality standards.
Prepare finished products for loading, staging, and shipment.
Safely load and organize products for outgoing deliveries.
Operate basic hand tools and glazing equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Meet or exceed assigned production quotas while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a quota-based production system.
Basic ability to read measurements, labels, and work instructions.
Proficiency in English for understanding work orders and safety guidelines.
Prior experience in glazing, glass handling, manufacturing, or loading is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
