Door Tech, a leading provider of high-quality doors and related products, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Glazing and Loading Associate to join our team in Lexington, NC.

As a Glazing and Loading Associate, you will play a key role in our manufacturing and warehouse operations by accurately glazing glass into door frames and safely preparing finished products for shipment. This is a part-time, piece-rate position with production quotas, where pay is based on output, speed, and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, organize, and transport glass and finished door units (up to 25–30 pieces per batch, weighing up to 25 lbs. each).
- Apply glazing materials and ensure proper sealing and secure fit of glass components.
- Inspect glass and assembled units for defects, alignment, and quality standards.
- Prepare finished products for loading, staging, and shipment.
- Safely load and organize products for outgoing deliveries.
- Operate basic hand tools and glazing equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Meet or exceed assigned production quotas while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a quota-based production system.
- Basic ability to read measurements, labels, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in English for understanding work orders and safety guidelines.
- Prior experience in glazing, glass handling, manufacturing, or loading is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
